Bad news for Dali Mpofu, the advocate: he has been Reported

 


Many people in the Republic of South Africa have complaints about the professional behavior of former Economic Freedom Fighters national chairperson and advocate Dali Mpofu. Client confidentiality is at the heart of these charges against Advocate Mpofu. Several individuals complained about his conduct while conversing with or addressing the former Public Protector counsel, Thuli Madonsela, during the inquiry of the Public Protector that was conducted under section 194. Recently, the news spread that an individual going by the handle "Goolam" had officially filed a complaint against attorney Dali Mpofu with the Legal Practice Council. This is a complaint regarding Mpofu. The interaction between Dali Mpofu and Professor Thuli Madonsela during the section 194 hearings is the subject of my written complaint to the Legal Practice Council. In their response, they requested further details from me. To paraphrase Goolam's statement: "I will not stop until Dali is barred from practicing law." According to Goolam MV, you should start a petition supporting your cause and gather one million signatures before you ever have a chance to speak about it.
