The murder and hijacking that took place in Tembisa (Gauteng Province) is the subject of an ongoing investigation by the South African Police Service (SAPS). This follows a hijacking in Tembisa (Gauteng Province) in which a man was fatally shot by assailants. As reported earlier today, on Voice of Tembisa FM, locals in the Tembisa area noticed the lifeless corpse of a man on Link road and immediately contacted the South African Police Service (SAPS) for aid. Members of the community notified the South African Police Service (SAPS) following the discovery of the body. The suspects who stole the victim's car also committed murder, according to the preliminary inquiry. He took several bullets. South African Police Service officers arrived at the site and discovered that the victim had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. It was later discovered that the same people who had stolen his car were also the ones who had shot and killed him. No one has been taken into custody as yet, but the South African Police Service (SAPS) is asking that anyone with information that could help with the investigation contact them at their local police station or by calling 101.
